I studied theoretical particle physics and cosmology at the RWTH Aachen. Very grateful for being given the chance to gain some deeper understanding on how the world around us works on a fundamental and mathematical level - and now very happy to have a tangible impact in the "real world" and imrpvoing factories all around the world!

As Engagement Leader and Team Lead in Germany I'm responsible for growing, developing and supporting the team internally and on their project work, I organize and run methodology training and am responsible for the German recruitment campaigns.
